First time for Jimmy John's. We went on Sunday early afternoon. Place was busy- good for them. The young man at the register could plainly see that we were first-timers but offered no assistance until we were ready to place our order. Pleasant enough but having gotten used to the SOP at a Subway, I was expecting a choice of bread and what I would like to have on my sub; did not happen. We waited for our order to be called and received two small packages - no bag for a to-go order. We got home and opened the packages to see just standard fare - a few thin slices of meat with some shredded lettuce ( I do not like shredded lettuce - they offer full leaves on other sandwiches), and the bread was hard. No cheese, no sprouts, no frills. I don't think Subway has to worry about Jimmy John's putting them out of business. The interior was very nice, clean, and well-staffed but they are still the 'new' place in town. If I want a cold sub I may try them again, but not likely if I see a Subway where I can choose what veggies and condiments I would like instead of prefabed off of the menu.

As someone else said, stars because of the food. The music was blasting, so loud that the worker could not understand me even though my voice was raised quite significantly. I'd understand blasting music if there are no customers, but if customers come in, maybe turn it down?

Three stars given purely on the fact the food is good and service is quick. Only three stars because none of the employees at this jimmy johns understand what extra ice means! I love Iced tea and if the tea has little ice it then becomes simply tea! Attention all employees I know the soda comes out of fountain cold but tea does not. In order to make fresh brewed iced tea you run boiling water thru tea leaves and filtered into a metal container. the reaction of the water and the leaves create what is known as tea. In order to create iced tea you must use a lot of ice. I know in the everyone gets a trophy generation that is working now it may be hard to comprehend this simple physics but when I asked for extra ice I expect you to put extra ice in the freakin cup.

This is my 2nd JJ experience. The first time was several years ago and I forgot why I didn't return. Now I remember.....cause they suck. Sandwiches are tasteless. The lettuce wrap was full of water. Never again!

As an update to my original review, the food is still good overall; however, it has been a bit spotty as the sandwiches have not been uniform in taste and amount of ingredients include it in the sandwich. also, on a couple occasions they been out of certain sandwich toppings.
